The Audible deal is .99 cents/month for your first 3 months, then $14.95/month thereafter. (But you can cancel anytime.) The Audible subscription gets you one audiobook credit for a book of your choice each month and unlimited access to their Premium Plus catalog, which is loaded with goodies. While I prefer supporting the library and Libro.fm (independent bookstores) for audiobooks, I also love to mix in this Audible offer when they have it, so I grabbed it myself. Why?
One point to note is that these Audible offers are sometimes fickle-- the only way to know if it's available to you for sure is to click it and find out. For example, it's not available to current members. Just wanted to clarify any confusion on that ahead of time!
